eCASM is designed as a central database for an agency and their sub-agents, to store and record all student applications, all their enquiries, offers, acceptances and invoices and student placements.
eCASM is designed to reflect the workflow and progress of student applications for students to be placed with Colleges. eCASM includes details of Colleges, courses and fees, student applications sent to those Colleges, and monitor offer application status for students placed, starting and finishing their courses with Colleges.
Offers and acceptances can be shared by Agency staff located anywhere in the world, for staff at the recruiting location, head office and College placement locations. Copies of applications and is shared and documentation available at all locations.
